We’re looking for a Content Strategist with experience in editorial planning, creative curation, and content leadership. You will be responsible for proposing and managing the execution of content that translates each brand’s positioning, connecting strategy and creativity in consistent, high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Develop editorial proposals based on research, trends, and brand positioning
• Conduct ongoing research to gather relevant references and insights to inspire content production
• Suggest monthly topics and content ideas, ensuring consistency and freshness across deliverables
• Build and maintain the tactical content calendar, organizing key dates, deliverables, and priorities
• Create presentation decks for content validation with clients and internal leadership
• Write clear and objective briefs for designers, copywriters, and creative partners, overseeing execution through final delivery
• Keep the shared Drive and content calendar up to date and accessible for the teamRequirements:
• Solid experience in content strategy and production within an agency or brand environment
• Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in managing timelines, processes, and approval workflows

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Project Manager with experience in Communication Projects (Campaigns and Always-On), who can ensure strong client relationships, internal workflow organization, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Break down technical briefs into tasks for internal teams and external partners.
- Attend meetings to hand over new briefs.
- Validate briefing materials with clients/prospects.
- Effectively follow up on project progress meetings, both internal and external.
- Monitor and ensure all deliverables are completed with the creative team and Head of Project Management.
- Manage project deadlines and timelines.
- Ensure all project documents, client feedback, and relevant information are logged in our tools and formalized by email.
- Daily follow-ups with the management team on project statuses and follow-ups with the client as needed.
- Manage up to two projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate resources, creative, and production teams daily.
- Report potential project risks in advance.
- Request necessary resources to meet project requirements.
- Provide solutions and project definitions, validating with the Head of Project Management.
- Clear and objective communication with stakeholders and project members.
- Agility and support in client and team communication.
- Organize team schedules and meeting agendas.
Requirements:
- Notable experience in the listed processes with project management in the Communication field.
- Experience leading Always-On and Digital Campaign projects, managing at least three simultaneous projects.
- Desired knowledge of digital communication production stages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience with Office tools, especially intermediate Excel skills.
