Responsibilities:
- Develop and collaborate on the creation of visual systems for brands and design projects, ensuring consistency and innovation in each project.
- Work closely with creative directors and senior designers to ensure that design solutions meet the strategic needs and objectives of the projects.
- Manage all phases of the project, from initial concept to final delivery, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Mentor and collaborate with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in graphic design and branding, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
- Clear and effective communication skills, in both Portuguese and English.
- Ability to manage projects efficiently, delivering creative solutions that meet client expectations.
- A degree in Graphic Design or related fields is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a design studio.
- Previous experience in visual identity and packaging projects.
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Curiosity, a multidisciplinary mindset, and a desire to learn.

We are looking for someone who excels at aligning business strategies, driving account growth, and maintaining financial organization on projects in close collaboration with the Managing Partners.

We are looking for someone who excels at aligning business strategies, driving account growth, and maintaining financial organization on projects in close collaboration with the Managing Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the commercial department alongside the Managing Partners, establishing effective methodologies, workflows, goals, and tools.
- Participate actively in the commercial sector, attending brief meetings for new business and clients, identifying challenges and opportunities, and proposing solutions aligned with HardCuore’s vision.
- Prepare commercial proposals and oversee negotiations, accurately pricing services according to the agency’s goals.
- Manage project schedules and scopes in partnership with project managers, ensuring profitability and negotiating cost adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain close, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional experience and retaining agency accounts.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with existing clients.
- Track performance indicators and create business plans to meet growth targets.
Requirements:

- Strong financial negotiation skills.

- Analytical and strategic profile for decision-making.
- Significant experience in account management and business development, preferably in a design or marketing agency.

- Ability to analyze performance indicators to assess results and adjust strategies as needed.
