We are looking for a Mid-Level Copywriter with experience in creative writing and social media. For this position, it is essential to have the ability to transform strategy into clear and creative language. You will be responsible for creating and unfolding texts for communication and social media, ensuring that every word reflects the brand’s positioning with consistency and relevance.

Responsibilities:

• Communication and social: create texts for campaigns, social media, websites, and other touchpoints that amplify the presence and voice of the brands.

• Verbal identity: apply and evolve the tone of voice across different formats, bringing coherence and personality to each communication.

• Strategic content: write based on business objectives, culture, and trends, strengthening real connections with the audience.

• Creative collaboration: work alongside designers, strategists, and art directors to develop complete and cohesive content.

• Research and references: seek out references, market movements, and cultural insights to enrich storytelling.

• Review and quality: review your own work and the team’s, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact.

• Write audiovisual scripts and adaptations.

• Draft captions for HardCuore’s and clients’ social media posts.

• Create/adapt content for institutional cases, awards, and general presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creative writing and social media.

• Portfolio with published texts in different formats.

• Ability to translate strategy into creative, clear, and relevant language.

• Capacity to move between short formats (posts, slogans) and long ones (cases, scripts).

• Strong time management and attention to detail.

• Degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
